At CSpace Hostings we continuously keep improving our Infrastructure from time-to-time, to ensure our customers receive a higher level of quality, reliability and flexibility which they might expect from CSpace Hostings.

Changes of Network:
The network is the core of our business and with Level(3) our goal is to improve the quality and reliability of our network and operate it even more efficiently – while simultaneously Level(3) is keeping data safe and secure. Level(3) is operating a TIER 1 network and is at the moment the largest local exchange carrier (CLEC) and the 3rd largest provider of fiber-optic internet access (based on coverage) in the United States.

CSpace Hostings has been using the DE-CIX for the Amsterdam,The Netherlands peering exchange for many years. The DE-CIX primary peering exchange location is Frankfurt. DE-CIX now has 3 additional locations, Hamburg, Munich and Düsseldorf.  We keep improving our peering platform further, therefore since today we are also present at all three of those addtional locations as well.

Changes in Support:
Starting from 15th June 2018 we plan to discontinue our Live Chat and Toll-Free Telephone Support. We do like to have the one-on-one customer relationship, but unfortunately due to growing demands and tickets we would reutilize our resources. This decision was put forth as analytics showed massive decline in the usage of the existing two support channels.
