This Section Applies to Sending E-Mails via Gmail
Step 1: Add an address you own
- On your computer, open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings Settings.
- Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.
- In the "Send mail as" section, click Add another email address.
- Enter your name and your complete E-Mail ID you want to send from.
- Click Next Step.
- Enter the SMTP server (for example, mail.domain.com) and the username (Which is your Complete E-Mail ID including your Domain Name) and password on that account. Keep the Port as 25
- Click Add Account.
Step 2: Confirm the address
- Sign in to the account you added.
- Open the confirmation message you got from Gmail.
- Click the link.
Step 3: Change the "From" address
- In the message, click the "From" line.
(If you don't see this, click the space next to the recipient's email.) - Select the address to send from.

Step 1: Receive e-mail from another address you own
- On your computer, open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings Settings.
- Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.
- In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account.
- Enter your complete E-Mail ID you want to receive from.
- Click Next Step.
- Choose "Import emails from my other account (POP3)"
- Click Next Step.
- Enter your Complete E-mail ID as the Username and your E-Mail ID password.
- POP server is (for example, mail.domain.com) and the username (Which is your Complete E-Mail ID including your Domain Name) and password on that account. Keep the Port as 110
- Check Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail.
- Click Add Account.
Note: Gmail will check your other account for new emails periodically. You can see when the other account was last checked from the "Accounts and Import" tab. Your domain.com refers to your own purchased Domain Name linked with CSpace Hostings ie: cspacehostings.com or google.com
