My Order was marked Fraud Why?
These could be one of the reason the many reasons:
- Your Billing Address and Client Address doesn't match.
- Your Client Address doesn't match your IP Address.
- You are using a VPN, Tor or Proxy to place order.
- You have not verified your email ID before Ordering any service.
- You used a disposable email address
- You ordered from high risk country.
- Your Credit card/Prepaid Card/Debit Card is marked as stolen.
- You have history of Abusing Hosting Services.
- Your PayPal account is associated with high charge back rate.
To prevent abuse on CSpace Hostings Network and protect our clients, we cannot process orders with Risk of 50% and more.
